higgs (2020)
Deep below the French-Swiss border the Large Hadron Collider was built in an effort to discover the Higgs boson particle, thought to be be able to unearth the mysteries of the universe. Discovered by smashing subatomic particles at speeds close to the speed of light, scientists began to wonder what these gigantic forces might sound like. higgs uses sonfication data from the the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) to trace the journey of what these particles might endure, from crashing cluster chords to unearthly silences.
